Program Operations Manager

This unique opportunity enables the successful candidate to be affiliated with two global communities.
The Program Operations Manager will support the organization’s Founder and Executive Director in her functions including carrying out high-level program development, communication, content-creation, management, and organizational leadership. This role is ideal for a highly organized, strategic, and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in program operations, community engagement, project management, and systems management and is looking for an opportunity to help build a global mentorship network. Community Manager

You will oversee digital marketing, social media content creation, and community engagement initiatives, collaborating closely with the Founder and Executive Director. Your goal is to build lasting relationships with community members and mentors, drive online engagement, and facilitate events that enhance member retention and satisfaction.

General Internship/Volunteer Positions
This internship/volunteer position will provide the successful candidate hands-on experience across various areas of community management, digital marketing, event coordination, project management, and stakeholder relationship building. This opportunity is designed to boost Konseye’s productivity while providing the intern/volunteer with invaluable real-world experience and professional growth.
Depending on the successful candidate's experience, this role may be classified as either an internship (candidate with 0–1 year of experience) or a volunteer opportunity.
The Project Intern/Volunteer may be tasked with assignments spanning various thematic areas and special initiatives as designated by the Founder/Executive Director.
